CHINA_90th Anniversary of the Communist Youth League of China

The year 2012 marks the 90th anniversary of the Communist Youth League (CYL) of China. Since it was founded in May 1922, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the organization has struggled for national independence and prosperity, as well as the liberation and well-being of people across the country. In response to the Party's call, CYL has led its members of all generations and Chinese youth of all ethnic groups in striving to stand at the forefront of the country's democratic revolution, reconstruction, and the ongoing economic reform. The CYL members have made significant achievements for the liberation and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation by contributing their youth, wisdom and efforts. History has proven that the CYL deserves the titles of a loyal assistant of the CPC, a dynamic force for building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and a school to train reserve forces for the cause of national rejuvenation.
