U.A.E._22nd Al Gaffal 60ft Traditional Dhow Sailing Race

Under the patronage and attendance of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minster of Finance, Dubai International Marine Club organized the annual "Al Gaffal" (the Return) race to mark the end of the water sport season.

The Al Gaffal or Sir Bu Na'air race represents and embodiment of the pas and history, and revival of old memories. This race commemorates the festival which was celebrated by the forefather on their long journey after several months of pearl diving at sea.

The Al Gaffal race features nearly 100 dhows travelling to a distance of about 51 nautical miles.

CHINA_90th Anniversary of the Communist Youth League of China

The year 2012 marks the 90th anniversary of the Communist Youth League (CYL) of China. Since it was founded in May 1922, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the organization has struggled for national independence and prosperity, as well as the liberation and well-being of people across the country. In response to the Party's call, CYL has led its members of all generations and Chinese youth of all ethnic groups in striving to stand at the forefront of the country's democratic revolution, reconstruction, and the ongoing economic reform. CHINA_Centenary of International Nurses Day

The year 2012 marks the centenary of International Nurses Day. Nurses refer to the skilled professionals in nursing. The profession of nursing was started by Florence Nightingale (1820-1910), a British nursing pioneer who established the first school of modern nursing. In honor of the significant contribution that Nightingale, reputed as the "Lady with the Lamp," made in nursing, her birthday, May 12, is celebrated worldwide as the International Nurses Day, aiming to advocate, inherit, and promote the pioneer's humanistic spirit of overcoming difficulties to help the sick and the wounded through dedication and sacrifice.

CHINA_Achieving Full Coverage of Pension Schemes for Urban and Rural Residents

The State Council introduced a pilot of a new pension scheme for rural residents in 2009 and a pilot of a pension scheme for urban residents was carried out in 2011. The new pension scheme for rural residents and the pension scheme for urban residents were set for full coverage in China on July 1, 2012. With the establishment of the two pension schemes, a pension system covering both urban and rural residents has been basically in place. who was born in Quang Nam province was a revolutionary, a famous politician of Vietnam.

He held many important positions in the Communist Party and State of Vietnam, he has served as Chairman of the State of Vietnam Council (1987-1992).

He was awarded Golden Star Medal, 70 years of Party Award and other noble medals by the Party and State of Vietnam to acknowledge the great contributions to the cause of the revolution.

CHINA_30th Olympic Games London 2012

On July 27, 2012 (London time),

as the Olympic cauldron was lit once again, the Games of the 2012 Olympiad grandly opened at the Olympic Stadium in the east of London, the United Kingdom. Over 10,000 athletes from more than 200 countries and regions gathered to compete in 302 events of 26 sports, while the closing ceremony is scheduled to be held on August 12. As the motto "Inspire a Generation" suggests, the Games of the 2012 Olympiad in London aim to inspire young people through the participation and achievements of the athletes, and a new chapter will be written for the peace and friendship in the human history.
